Stationary Exercise Bikes - Part 1 of 3
Platinum Club Series Upright Lifecycle by LifeFitness.
I rode the Inspire 7" LCD bike. Like all bikes I have ridden, I always tend to find the seat too far forward. I am not that tall either, 5'10" (179cm). The bike comes with 25 different resistance levels (generator resistance system) and can support a max weight of 181 kgs (wow).
What also amazes me are the consoles and LifeFitness ranks well up there! Firstly, the amount of information you are able to record is amazing:
- Elapsed Time
- Time Remaining
- Time in Zone
- Time of Day
- Speed (mph/km/h)
- Distance Climbed
- Distance Remaining
- Heart Rate
- Target Heart Rate
- Calories per Hour
I did not know it at the time of riding the bike but apparently you can record all the data and upload it to www.VirtualTrainer.LifeFitness.com (only available with Engage and Inspire consoles).
